|Italian Grilled Vegetables - Jet Stream Oven
1 eggplant, cut into 1½" slices
4 plum tomatoes
4 small whole onions
black pepper to taste
chopped, fresh parsley to taste
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
In small bowl, combine pepper and parsley. Brush vegetables with oil and
sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
Place vegetables on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest®
Jet Stream Oven® and grill at 400ºF on HIGH fan speed for 30-35
minutes until tender.
