|Herbed Halibut - Jet Stream Oven
1½ lbs halibut or other firm white fish fillets, about 1" thick
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tarragon leaves, dried
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at
400º for 2 minutes on HIGH fan speed.
Pour lemon juice over halibut and sprinkle with seasonings. Place fish on
rack and grill for 5 to 10 minutes at 400º F on high fan speed or until
fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
