|Orange Asparagus - Jet Stream Oven
1¼ to 1½ pounds asparagus
12 tsp orange juice concentrate
Wash asparagus and cut into 1½ inch pieces.
Divide asparagus among 6 pieces of 12 x 12" foil sheets. Shape foil
around asparagus to create packet. Add 2 tap frozen orange juice concentrate to
each packet. Seal and flatten packets to about 1½ inches thick.
Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® for 3
minutes at 400º F on high fan speed. Place foil packets on inverted rack and
bake 8 to 9 minutes until tender.
