|Chicken Parmesan - Jet Stream Oven
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg white, beaten
Mix cheese and lemon pepper in shallow bowl.
Dip chicken breasts in egg white and then in cheese and lemon mixture.
Place chicken on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet
Stream Oven® at 400º F on HIGH fan speed for 8-10 minutes or until
brown and crispy.
