Grilled Vegetables - Jet Strean Oven

Many vegetables are naturals for grilling. Carrots, eggplant, summer
squash, onions, peppers, potatoes, and zucchini work especially well. Pick one or
a combination of your favorites and grill them whole, julienned, or cut into
chunks. Vary seasonings and herbs for a range of flavors to complement any meal.

3½ to 4 cups prepared vegetables
Seasonings to Taste:
garlic powder, curry powder, cumin, etc.

Chopped Fresh Herbs to Taste:
parsley, chives, dill, etc.
1/2 Tbsp olive oil

In small bowl combine seasonings and herbs. Brush vegetables with oil and
sprinkle with seasonings and herbs.

Place vegetables on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest®
Jet Stream Oven®
at 400ºF on HIGH fan speed for 10-12 minutes or
until tender.
