|Shrimp Pita Sandwiches - Jet Stream Oven
4 pita breads
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
8 lettuce leaves
1 cup shredded lettuce
8 slices part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
8 slices tomato
8 slices cucumber
4 olives, sliced (optional)
2 cans (7oz each) tiny shrimp
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
To heat pita breads, wrap in aluminum foil and place on rack in

NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven®. Cover with hold-down rack and heat
at 400º F on LOW fan speed for 3 to 5 minutes.
To serve, mix garlic with mayonnaise and spread inside pita breads. Place
lettuce leaf and 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce in each pita half; top with 2
slices cheese, and 1 slice each tomato and cucumber.
Add olives, if desired. Add shrimp mixture and serve.
