|Quiche Lorraine - Jet Stream Oven
|1 refrigerated pie crust
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 green onions, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Place pie crust in 10" quiche dish or pie pan. Trim, prick well with fork and bake in Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at 400ºF on LOW fan speed for 8-9 minutes.
Place bacon in crust, top with cheese and sprinkle with green onions. Combine eggs, cream and pepper; mix well and pour into crust. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in Jet Stream Oven® at 325ºF for 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
