|Fruit Souffle - Jet Stream Oven
|2 ripe peaches, pitted, or pears, cored
1 Tbsp water
1 egg white
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
Peel fruit. Simmer in boiling water until soft. In blender or food processor, place fruit and water, and puree. Set aside to cool.
Beat egg white until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in pureed fruit and orange peel.
Divide mixture among 4 small custard cups.
Place on inverted rack in Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® at 250º F on LOW fan speed for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown and set.
