|Fruit Nut Ring - Jet Stream Oven
|2½ cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup dried craisins, raisins or cherries
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp orange peel, grated
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp cooking oil
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Assemble NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet-Stream Oven® with one Expander Ring accessory. Grease a 6-cup bundt pan.
Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Combine juice, milk, oil and egg whites. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake at 325º F on HIGH for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on rack.
