Cinnamon Rolls - 18Qt. Roaster

1 pkg active yeast
1½ cups hot water
1/4 cup dry milk
1/34 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1½ tsp salt
2 eggs
4 - 4½ cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup walnuts, ground

Cinnamon Rolls - 18Qt. Roaster

Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 375ºF.

In large mixing bowl, combine yeast, dry milk, salt, sugar, 1 cup flour
and hot water (115ºF). Beat on high speed 1 minute. Add eggs, butter
and 1 cup flour. Beat on medium speed 1 minute. Stir in remaining flour to
make a stiff dough.

Turn out on a lightly floured bread board. Let rise 10 minutes. Knead
for 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into an 8 x 12"
rectangle. Spread filling on dough. Roll in "jelly roll" fashion, sealing edge.
Cut each into 12 equal portions! Place 12 rolls in each greased 9" square

Cover, let rise until double. Bake 1 pan at a time. Bake at 375ºF
for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.

*Slice by placing a 15" piece of thread under roll. Draw ends across each
other to slice through dough.
