4 to 5 black mushrooms, medium dried
1/2 lb ground pork
1/4 cup canned bamboo shoots, finely chopped
2 Tbsp green onions, finely chopped
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sesame oil [optional]
20 round wonton skins
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Soak mushrooms in warm water until soft, about 30 minutes. Drain. Rinse
in warm water, drain again. Remove and discard stems; chop caps finely. Mix
mushrooms, pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, egg yolk, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt
and sesame oil.

Place one tablespoon pork mixture in center of each wonton skin. Bring
edge up around filling, leaving top open. Repeat with remaining wonton skins.


Place on inverted rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest®
Jet Stream Oven®
and bake at 400ºF on HIGH fan speed for 3
minutes. Then change fan speed to LOW for remaining 6 minutes. Serve with soy
sauce.
