Italian Potato Appetizers - Jet Stream Oven

3 8 oz baking potatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Cut potatoes in 3/4" chunks and place in zip-lock bag. Add remaining
ingredients and shake until potatoes are coated.

Place chunks on liner pan and bake in preheated Nesco®/American
Harvest® Jet Stream Oven®
at 400º F on HIGH fan speed for 10-14
