• The waffle mixture should be fairly thick, but fluid enough to pour from spoon.

• After baking, do not pile waffles on top of each other, otherwise they will become soggy.

• If you prefer crispy waffles, substitute the milk with water. Milk makes waffles softer and darker in color. Use a lower heat setting.

• Use good quality flour or waffle mix.

• Always mix batter thoroughly.
