Dehydrating Fresh Apples
Peel, core, and slice apples.
Place the slices in a bowl , spray with a good amount of lemon juice. (A new unused spray bottle will work great to put a little lemon juice in to spray your apples).
Arrange the apple slices on your dehydrator trays, making sure the apples don't overlap.
Let Dry
Note: A recommended temperature for drying is between 125°F and 135°F (if you have a verible temperature control unit.)
Dehydrating time for your apples will depend on the thickness/size and can range any where between 4-10 hours. Apples should still be pliable after dried.
