The NESCO FD-28JX JerkyXpress Dehydrator is the complete do-it-yourself jerky kit, perfect for a beginner or an experienced jerky maker! This dehydrator comes with a jerky gun and 3 tip attachments for making strips or sticks. Sample seasoning and cure packs are included to get started. NESCO Gardenmaster Fruit Roll Sheets are perfect for making fruit rolls, drying sauces & soups and catching drips to make cleanup easy. The “No Spill” lip allows you to dry liquids and semi liquids like fruits, sauces, soups and other messy foods. For easier cleanup when dehydrating messy foods, place a fruit roll sheet on the empty bottom tray of your dehydrator to catch the excess liquids from above. Each sheet is made of high-quality food grade plastic is designed for making your own natural fruit rolls at home for the kids with no added sugar or preservatives.

Dry up to 3 cups of pureed fruit on each reusable & easy to clean fruit roll sheet. To use, simply puree fruit in a blender, then pour puree onto fruit roll sheets, about 1/4” to 3/8” thick and spread evenly. Dry according to your specific dehydrator instructions and remove the fruit roll while at room temperature. Vacuum seal or wrap in plastic and store in an airtight container.
