1 ½ lbs ground chuck
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp Worcestershire® sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup warm
Instructions:
- Preheat NESCO® Roaster Oven to 350º F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place mixture in 8 ½ x 4 ½” loaf pan. Place on rack in cookwell. Cover and bake at 350º F for 1 ½ hours. Serves 6. To serve 12, double recipe and use 2 loaf pans.
