Glazed Cranberry Franks - Jet Stream Oven
1 lb cocktail franks, halved
8 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ginger
Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet-Stream Oven® at 400º F for 2 minutes.
Combine cranberry sauce, vinegar, honey, and ginger in small saucepan; heat until sauce is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into liner pan; stir in franks until coated.
Add hold down rack and bake at 400º F on HIGH fan speed for 8 to 10 minutes.
