Mini Calzones - Jet Stream Oven
2 tubes (10oz ea) refrigerated pizza crust
10 oz frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
6 oz water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
3 Italian or plum tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
dried basil and oregano leaves
Preheat Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® to 400º F.
Roll each pizza crust to an 8 x 16" rectangle. Cut each in 8- 4" squares. Cover half of each square with spinach, tuna, tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with basil, oregano and garlic powder. Fold in half and crimp edges with fork to seal. Brush calzones with olive oil. Place 8 on greased rack and bake 6 to 9 minutes on HIGH fan speed or until dark golden brown. Repeat with second batch.
