Easy Beef Roast - 4, 5, 6, 12 or 18Qt. Roaster

My Mother's cooking was simply the best. Her beef roasts always came out tender and delicious. She said the secret was to cook the meat slowly, all day long. Well, I tried that in the oven, and to no avail, the meat was still dry. Now I know that any cut of meat is absolutely the best when cooked in my NESCO® Roaster Oven.

any cut of meat
garlic, minced, dried
salt & pepper to taste

Cook at least 5 to 6 hours at 250º F until meat falls apart on a fork. A nice broth will form while cooking, which is fabulous to cook white potatoes and carrots.

No need to add bouillon or Gravy Master. You can place the meat FROZEN into your Nesco® Roaster Oven and it will still fall apart!
