Moist Chocolate Cake - 12 or 18Qt. Roaster

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp corn syrup
1 cup walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped

Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 350º F.

With your Nesco® Hand Blender cream sugar and butter in large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Mix dry ingredients alternately with chocolate and corn syrups. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add nuts and pour into greased Nesco® 13 x 9" cake pan. Set pan on rack in cookwell. Cover and bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
