Smothered Round Steak - 6 or 12Qt. Roaster

1 Round Steak (1½ - 2 lbs), cut 1/2" thick
3 Tbsp flour, divided
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp Worcestershire® Sauce
1 Tbsp dry onion, minced
1¼ cups beef broth or water, divided
4oz can mushrooms, drained, sliced
1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream [optional]

Cut steak into serving pieces. Combine 1 Tbsp. flour with salt and pepper; coat meat. Place meat, bouillon granules, Worcestershire® Sauce, onion, 1 cup beef broth and mushrooms in Nesco® Roaster Oven. Cover and cook at 325ºF for 1½ hrs or until meat is tender.

Remove meat to serving platter. Stir remaining 2 Tbsp flour into remaining 1/4 cup broth. Blend into drippings. Add yogurt or sour cream, if desired. Allow to heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Spoon sauce over meat.
