Damaged or Wrong Item Received
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is received damaged or if an item is different than what customer ordered. If we are not contacted until after the 30-day period regarding a damaged or incorrect item, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
