The coffee bean roaster can overheat, posing a potential fire hazard.
This product recall involves NESCO Model CR-04-13 coffee bean roasters imported by the Metal Ware Corporation and sold between August 2020 and December 2020. The recalled roasters have a date code on the ETL label (located on the bottom of the roaster) and original retail box of either 2520 or 3220.
Stop using the product and contact the Metal Ware Corporation for an online $100 store credit or an $85 cash refund and a prepaid return shipping package at 888‑993‑9243 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CDT. Email Metal Ware Corporation at beanroaster@nesco.com, or visit nesco.com.
