Ground Beef & Vegetable Casserole - Slow Cooker or Roaster

2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen peas
2 medium onions, sliced
2 celery stalked, chopped or sliced
1½ lbs ground chuck, browned and drained
10¾ oz can tomato soup
1½ cups water

Layer vegetables, in order given, in NESCO® Slow Cooker, seasoning as desired with salt and pepper. Top with ground beef.
Mix tomato soup with water and pour over top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Note: Time and Temp will vary if using a Roaster Oven
