Tacos - Jet Stream Oven

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
8oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 taco shells
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
lettuce, shredded
tomato, chopped

Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until well browned. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer until most of liquid is absorbed. Fill taco shells and sprinkle with cheese.

Preheat Nesco«/American Harvest« Jet Stream Oven« at 400║ F for 2 minutes at low fan speed.

Place shells on rack (bottom side down) and heat 2 to 3 minutes. Add shredded lettuce and chopped tomato before serving.

Serves 4-8
