Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry - Jet Stream Oven
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in 1" pieces
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp dark sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 cup shitake or other mushrooms, sliced
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
6 cups linguine or rice noodles, cooked
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup green onions, minced
Preheat NESCO®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® for 2 minutes at 400º F on HIGH fan speed.
Combine garlic, sesame oil, mushrooms, chicken and broccoli; mix well. Place in liner pan (NO RACKS) and stir-fry 3 minutes on high at 400º F.
Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry for an additional 6 to 7 minutes.
