Pork and Red Chili Stir-Fry - Jet Stream Oven
3/4 pound lean boneless pork loin, cut in 1/4" slices
3/4 pound fresh green beans, cut in 2" lengths
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1½ tsp fresh chili peppers, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
Place pork and green beans in zip top bag. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour in bag and shake until pork and green beans are well coated. Preheat Nesco«/American Harvest« Jet Stream Oven« at 400║ F for 2 minutes with fan on high.
Pour mixture in liner pan and cook 6 to 7 minutes at 400║ F. with fan on high.
Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
