Italian Meatballs - Jet Stream Oven

1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp minced dried onions
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic salt

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 12 meatballs. Place on rack in preheated Nesco®/American Harvest® Jet Stream Oven® and bake at 400º F on LOW fan speed for 8-10 minutes.

Easy Options:
Add one envelope of Lipton's® Beefy Mushroom (or Onion Mushroom) soup mix to one pound of hamburger. Mix well and form into meatballs (also great for hamburger patties).
