Mulled Cider - Slow Cooker or Roaster
2 quarts apple cider
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 orange, unpeeled and sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole cloves
Combine cider, sugar, ginger and orange slices in NESCO® Slow Cooker.
Place cinnamon sticks and cloves in a cheesecloth bag and tie, and add to mixture. Cover and heat on LOW for 2 to 5 hours.
Note: Time and Temp will vary if using a Roaster Oven
