Spicy Creole Sausages - 6 or 12Qt. Roaster
2 pkgs (16oz. ea.) smoked cocktail sausages
1¾ cups ketchup
1/2 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire® Sauce
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce
Place sausages in Nesco® Roaster Oven. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over sausages. Toss to coat sausages.
Cover and cook at 300ºF for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, reduce temperature to 200ºF and serve on wooden picks.
