Oriental Rack of Lamb - 4, 5 or 6Qt. Roaster

1½ lb rack of lamb
2 Tbsp hoison or teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat Nesco® Roaster Oven to 400º F.

Combine hoison or teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, peanut oil, sesame oil, vinegar and ginger in small bowl; whisk to blend. Brush over lamb. Sprinkle on sesame seeds.

Set lamb on rack in preheated cookwell. Cover; open vent. Roast 45 to 60 minutes or until meat's internal temperature reaches 165ºF on meat thermometer.
